These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Weed To Go website at weedtogo.ca and your purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
You must be at least 19 years of age to access this website, place an order, or receive a delivery. By using our site you confirm that you are 19 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 19+ is required at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order if age cannot be verified, and we will not deliver to anyone who appears intoxicated.
We deliver only within London and Middlesex County, Ontario. Delivery availability, timing, and minimum order amounts may vary by location and are confirmed at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse service to any address outside our delivery area.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices, promotions, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice, and we make every effort to keep them accurate. If a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, we may cancel or adjust the affected order and will notify you. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders over $50 unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of delivery unless other arrangements are stated at checkout. Accepted payment methods are shown during the ordering process. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and delivery information.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, traffic, demand, and address accuracy may affect timing. Someone 19 or older with valid ID must be present to accept the order. If no eligible person is available to receive the delivery, the order may be cancelled and fees may apply.
Due to the regulated nature of cannabis products, all sales are generally final once delivered. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch where reasonably possible.
Our rewards and loyalty program is offered at our discretion. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to adjust or void points obtained through error, fraud, or abuse.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, resell our products, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. You may not place orders on behalf of anyone under 19.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weed To Go is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
